Installer
You're on a crew of two or three in an occupied home: demo, framing fixes, drywall, tub and shower wall systems, tile, LVP flooring, vanities, fixtures, trim and the final clean. Some days are kitchens. You measure twice, keep the site clean around a family that's still living there, and sign your name to the result.
- 1+ years of hands-on remodeling or construction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Tile, plumbing-related install or cabinet experience moves you to the front
Foreman
You own the schedule, the quality and the customer from demo day to final walkthrough: assigning the day's work, training newer installers, coordinating materials and tools, keeping the site safe, walking the homeowner through progress, and closing the punch list before we call a job done. On the tools with the crew, not in a truck on the phone.
- 3+ years in residential remodeling with time leading a crew
- Keeps a project on its 5-day or 21-day clock
- The homeowner's single point of contact; willing to drive a company vehicle
Service Technician
When a customer calls about a job we finished last month or five years ago, you go. Diagnose it, fix it right the first time (caulk and seals, fixtures, doors and drawers, wall-system trim, tile and grout, small drywall and paint), and leave the customer more confident in us than before they called. Independent, across Macomb and Oakland County, from a company vehicle.
- 2+ years across several trades: plumbing fixtures, finish carpentry, tile, drywall
- Clean driving record
- The patience to explain what went wrong and what you did about it
